Shipping policy
VERY IMPORTANT: WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE REGARDING ANY CLAIM OF LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS/PACKAGES. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR ANY CLAIM REQUESTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE. REFUNDS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED BELOW.
Orders will generally ship within 10 business days (2 calendar weeks). If we cannot ship within 10 business days, we will notify you as soon as possible. Sorry, we do not offer rush service at this time. Delays by shipping companies are beyond our control and will not be subject to returns or refunds. We encourage you to order as early as possible if you have a definite "need by" date. Delays are especially likely during the Christmas season.
In almost every case, we use either UPS or USPS to ship your order. We make that decision on an individual basis, usually determined by which company offers the quickest estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are just that - estimated, not guaranteed. If you have a definite need to use one company over another, you can let us know in the "notes" section of the shopping cart, or by sending us an email after your order is placed. We will consider your request but reserve the right to deny the request at our discretion.
"Porch Pirates" are a growing problem. Theft after delivery is also out of our control and will not be subject to refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their packages can be delivered securely and not subject to theft.
