Refund policy

Returns: All sales are final.  Any item involving engraving/personalization is considered custom and cannot be re-stocked/re-used, so we do not offer refunds or returns on these items for any reason other than spelling errors on OUR part.  All products are industry standard, high quality products - not factory seconds, cut-rate materials, obsolete items, etc.  Shipping damage to medals and ribbons is virtually impossible, but should damage occur, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue with the shipping company.

For spelling errors on our part, use our Contact Us form, or contact us at the address shown on your sales receipt for replacements or replacement labels at no charge.  You MUST include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, items ordered and specify the error(s).
