Shipping Delays

No one is ever happy about shipping delays, including us!  It's very frustrating for us when our customers don't receive their order in a timely manner.  But unfortunately, it's just simple reality that delays happen.  Shipping companies are especially overwhelmed during the Christmas season, plus weather is almost always a factor in one part of the country or another.

We ask that you please have patience and understanding in the event your order is delayed.  We work hard to produce and ship your order as quickly as we can, but once it leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of shipping companies.  Delays are simply out of our control.  Our system provides you with tracking numbers in almost every case.  If you haven't received one, check your spam/junk folders as well.

On a related note, porch pirates seem to be a growing problem.  This is another event that is completely out of our control, and unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for this reason.  Virtually all of our shipments provide tracking numbers, and delivery companies provide proof of delivery.  What happens to the packages after that is the responsibility of the customer.
